9 Essential Skills for Love & Logic Class for Churches and Schools

For over 30 years 9 core Love & Logic principles have been successfully used in the classroom setting in 34 applications. Now, for the second time in eastern Montana, administrators, teachers and volunteers can inexpensively learn these skills—maximum charge for book and college credit is $71.50, workbook alone $13.50. Training will be held October 20-21 in Glendive. Email families@midrivers.com  for more information, or call 406-939-5591.

Creating Workplaces That THRIVE

Brand new to eastern Montana, the official US DPHHS SAMHSA curriculum on how to help the 38% of employees who annually experience a mental health episode on the job through strong policies and successful supervisor strategies, are offered business by business as arranged one corporation at a time—important for any with 15 or more employees.

Adoption Resource:

As we’ve geared up to help Grandparents help RAD (reactive attachment disorder) kids, it turns out the experts recommend parenting books for parents who have adopted—makes sense once you consider the dynamics of RAD. So both our loaning library AND our Monday noon parenting group has become very adopting family friendly as we study RAD together.

Loaning Library EXPANDED

All summer we’ve been adding more books, CDs and DVDs for parents, grandparents and teachers to our library. Next issue we’ll list them as space permits! Meanwhile, come browse!
