Class Rules

 

·          Quiet when others are working—do not disturb classmates.

·          Raise your hand and wait to be called on before speaking.

·          Act appropriately (walk, talk softly, hands and feet to yourself.)

8:10-8:20     Opening

8:20-9:20     Math—switch classes. (Orchard-computer lab-Tuesday)

9:20-9:55     Spelling

9:25-9:55     P.E. (Friday)

9:30-10:00    Keyboarding (1st semester only-Wednesday)

10:00-10:30    P.E. (Monday) Library (Tuesday)

10:25-10:55   Music (Wednesday & Thursday)

10:35-11:25   Social Studies/Science

11:25-12:00   Recess and Lunch

12:00-12:15   S.S.R. (Silent Sustained Reading)

12:15-1:40    Reading (Switch classes)

2:00-2:15     Story/milk

2:20-2:45     English/Handwriting

2:45-3:05     Study Hall

3:05-3:10     Clean-Up and Dismiss

 

 

Consequences

 

·          First check - lose 1 minute of recess.

·          Each following checks-an additional minute for each check.

·          Call to parents if a full recess is missed. (15 checks).
